(1) For the renewal of the name of a registered nursing practitioner, an application shall be submitted to the Council as prescribed along with the prescribed fee within thirty-five days from the date of expiry of the registration.

(2) Sub-section (1). If the renewal is not renewed within the prescribed period, the application can be submitted to the Council within sixty days from the date of expiry of the opening period, as prescribed. The businessperson's name will be removed from the register.
